A Financial Statement, also known as an Income and Expenditure Form, is a document showing a complete overview of your monthly incomings and outgoings. This can be used to demonstrate your financial situation to creditors, such as ourselves.
When you complete a Financial Statement, you’ll need your financial details to hand such as bank statements, payslips, utility bills and any details for other expenditure you may have.
If you’ve already been in touch with a Debt Management Company such as PayPlan or StepChange, and given them your Creation account information, they’ll contact us on your behalf.
There are three ways you can complete and send us a Financial Statement
Once we’ve received your Financial Statement and assessed how we can help, we’ll contact you by email or phone within 5 working days. This may include agreeing a repayment plan with you, based on your Financial Statement.

We work with PayPlan who can offer you free impartial and confidential debt advice. PayPlan provide solutions for people who have multiple debts.
